*Dr. Thomas
participates in ongoing neurology and nutrition seminars
that involve at least one weekend a month away from
the office. In addition, Dr. Thomas is often invited
to offer court testimony as an expert witness in the
fields of chiropractic and acupuncture. Therefore,
the office may be closed from time to time. Advance
notification of all office closing is announced on
the office answering machine.

: We are located in Park Slope Brooklyn
(not Bay Ridge).
Our office is located in the historic landmark district
of North Park Slope, in Brooklyn New York. Community
Chiropractic & Acupuncture is situated on the
north-east corner of 8th Avenue and Union Street.
Our office is on the ground floor of a historic brownstone
building. We are one block from Grand Army Plaza,
the Brooklyn Library and the northeast entrance to
Prospect Park. Street parking is available with metered
parking along 8th Avenue. |

Spoken:
Helen, Dr. Thomas’ office assistant, is fluent
in Russian.
Dr. Thomas speaks some working Spanish
but is not fluent.
