a more pristine tissue environment in which cells may better
do their work. Vitamins and minerals provide the micro-nutrients
that aid in healthy cell metabolism. Exercise increases
oxygen to the cells and adequate water intake hydrates the
cells and surrounding tissues. Immunity and nerve activity
